Cross-Cultural Business Management

SBS Swiss Business School in Zurich, Switzerland > Cross-Cultural Business Management

The need for acquiring competencies in intercultural management arises from the heterogeneous environment (VUCA) in which we live and operate. Cultural differences do not only play a role for multinational companies. Interaction between members of different cultures goes hand in hand with intercultural communication. When cultural differences are perceived as enrichment and combined with each other, this has a positive effect on the success of you and your company. Intercultural management takes this into account.
