Estelle Thevenin joined SBS Swiss Business School in April 2024.
She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from ESCI (Fontainebleau, France) and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Civilization from the Sorbonne university.
She started her professional career in Paris as Area manager in Perfumes and Cosmetics luxury industry on European Travel Retail markets. She also worked in Belgium as Duty Free Area manager for a premium chocolate brand.
Over a decade, she joined a Language Training Company for Corporate businesses where she acted as Customer Success Manager successfully. It triggered her passion for lifetime’s continuous education. She is attached to the customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation.
At SBS, she enjoys the cross-cultural environment and the professional and committed team supporting the students.
Estelle is married. After France, Belgium and the US she lives now with her family near Zürich.
She is also a French Tutor and loves helping the young adults discover their unique talents to succeed.
At SBS, she works as Admissions Manager and Registrar and is fluent in English and French.
