Dr. Barbara H.M. Kasper gained over 20 years of investment and finance experience at several UK, US, German and Swiss international banking and financial institutions such as Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Prudential Financial and Morgan Stanley. Business areas covered quantitative strategies, economic perspectives and fund design.
Dr. Kasper had also been engaged as a partner and Chief Economist of a Swiss Multi Family office for six years. Her assignments focused on analyzing and reporting mid- to long-term global markets and investment perspectives, within different asset classes. Further, Dr. Kasper has provided sophisticated investment research and various publications for tailor made investment vehicles for international Family Office and UHNWIs clients.
Currently, Dr. Kasper works as a Director of Strategy for a multi family office based in Lausanne and Zurich, and she builds up start-up businesses as a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board. She also lectures within Managerial Studies.
Her lecturing experience expands in UK, German and Swiss educational institutions and /or universities in the field of Macro Economics, Business English and various Managerial Studies. Currently at SBS, Dr. Kasper lectures Financial Planning and Budgeting as well as Family Business Management.
