The course is designed to demonstrate the integration of mathematics in business, management, and finance. Students are expected to gain the necessary skills required for solving mathematical problems in business administration and finance.
Learning Outcomes:
- Write equations of lines, to evaluate, simplify and find inverse functions, to find the limit of a function
- Calculate derivatives, to use the derivative rules, to find rates of change
- Calculate derivatives of exponential and logarithmic functions
- Find the anti-derivative of a function, how to use the different rules, to evaluate definite integrals
