This course is designed to strengthen the student’s ability to communicate effectively in a range of professional and personal contexts. Specific emphasis is placed on the key elements of personal communication skills and the impacts of an individual’s personal characteristics on the communication process.  The course will focus on communication principles, theories and practical skills that are necessary for becoming an effective communicator.
