This course presents advanced concepts of both accounting and financial management. It examines the principles and techniques in the planning, control, and performance management of business organizations from a management perspective. This course will cover two primary topics;
- Cash flow and financial statement analysis
- Cost analysis methods
- Decision making and control

- Understanding the concept of Cash Flow and properly analyze financial statements
- Understand how to (effectively) produce a budget
