The SBS Swiss Business School Executive MBA is a 1 year, Swiss State-Accredited and Internationally Recognized Top-Ranked program designed for experienced professionals - typically with a minimum of five years in managerial or executive roles - who are seeking career advancement, leadership development, and global business expertise.
Delivered fully in English, the program includes 11 on-campus modules in Zurich and one fully online module, offering a flexible structure ideal for working executives.

MBA Specialization: International Management

Selective cohort-based admissions focused on experienced professionals.
Admissions Requirements:
- Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial or executive role
- English Proficiency for non-native speakers
- Successful completion of the admissions interview
- SBS admissions exam (when applicable)
- Minimum age required: 30 years
Notes:
- Applicants who do not meet the admission criteria will be reviewed by the SBS Admissions Team.
- Applicants who do not hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field will be required to successfully complete SBS Level-Up Online Courses prior to entering one of the SBS Master’s programs.
- Applicants may transfer credits from a recognized higher education institution, provided they have earned a grade of “B” or higher for the course.
Required documentation for a successful Executive Master of Business Administration Application:
- Copy of Bachelor’s degree (transcript and diploma)
- Copy of the official Bachelor transcripts (grade sheet)
- Complete CV indicating professional experiences and responsibilities
- Five years of managerial or executive experience required
- English proficiency certificate (for non-native speakers), unless previous education was conducted in English.
- TOEFL IBT 90, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo or equivalent
- GMAT only applicable to U.S. citizens and U.S. Bachelor degree holders
- Total score of 550
- One reference letter (professional)
- Front-facing photograph, high quality in jpg/png/gif format
- Copy of passport or ID
- Application fee of CHF 150.- (PayPal to account [email protected] or via bank transfer).
At SBS Swiss Business School, we believe that high-quality education should be accessible and affordable, while maintaining both Swiss and international accreditations, as well as offering flexibility for our students.
Tuition fees at SBS Swiss Business School may be paid in full or through installments, following the payment plan outlined below.
We offer a 5% tuition fee reduction on full payment at the start of the program.
