If you are unable to upload all required documents during the application process, you can email the remaining documents to our Admissions Team at [email protected].
For a complete list of required documents and admission requirements, visit the Admissions section of the program you are interested in.
Once you have submitted all required documents and paid the application fee, your application will be reviewed. If shortlisted, you will be invited to an online interview.
The interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you, learn about your goals, and answer your questions. No special preparation is required.
You will receive your admission decision by email within two business days after your interview.

Application deadlines at SBS Swiss Business School vary depending on your chosen program, intake, and whether you require a visa to study in Switzerland.
Full-Time Programs (BSc and On-Campus MSc)
For the September intake:
- Non-EU / Non-Schengen applicants: May 31
- Swiss and EU applicants: August 15
If you require a student visa, we strongly recommend applying early. Visa processing typically takes 6-12 weeks, and applicants should allow up to three months.
Late applications may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to eligibility and availability. Admission is not guaranteed.
Part-Time and Online Programs
- MBA, Executive MBA, and Online MBA: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Please apply at least 15 business days before your intended intake date.
- Online MSc programs: Application deadlines depend on the specific program and intake. Please consult the Admissions section of your chosen program.
- Doctor of Business Administration (DBA): September intake only. The application deadline is August 15 of each year.
Important: Visa requirements depend on your nationality and whether your program requires attendance in Switzerland. Fully online study does not normally require a Swiss student visa.

Your arrival date depends on your program and study format at SBS Swiss Business School.
Full-Time On-Campus Programs (BSc and MSc)
Students enrolled in full-time, on-campus programs should plan to arrive in Zurich approximately 1–2 weeks before their scheduled orientation activities. This will give you time to:
- Settle into your accommodation
- Complete any required registration with local authorities
- Prepare for orientation and the start of your studies
The fall semester typically begins in late September.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) students are required to attend Introduction Week, which helps them become familiar with SBS campus life, academic expectations, and the international learning environment.
New MSc students should also participate in their scheduled induction and orientation activities.
Part-Time, Hybrid, and Online Programs
Students enrolled in part-time or hybrid programs are generally not required to relocate to Zurich. However, if your program includes on-campus sessions, you should plan your travel according to the scheduled dates.
Students enrolled in fully online programs are not required to travel to Zurich for regular classes.
Once enrolled, you will receive information about your program's orientation activities, academic calendar, and start dates.

A certified translation is an official translation of a document completed by a qualified professional translator or certified translation agency.
A notarized translation includes additional verification by a notary public.
When submitting your application, you may be required to provide both the original document and its certified translation.
Translation requirements may differ for SBS admissions and Swiss visa applications.
