Future-Ready Performance Playbook | Book Presentation at SBS Swiss Business School

On September 5, 2026, SBS Swiss Business School hosted the presentation of Future-Ready Performance Playbook: A Practical Guide to Human Excellence, Leadership, and Sustainable Success in the AI Era at its Zurich Campus, bringing together authors, contributors, and guests for a morning of insights, discussion, and exchange.

The event featured co-authors Joël B. Vuadens-Chan, Brian Fippinger, and Jürgen Halt, alongside Prof. Dr. Bert Wolfs, Academic Dean of SBS Swiss Business School, who wrote the foreword to the book.

Following a welcome from Prof. Dr. Wolfs, Joël introduced the speakers before Brian presented the book project, its authors, and the key themes explored throughout the publication.

Human Value and Leadership in the AI Era

A central theme of the morning was the evolving relationship between human capabilities and artificial intelligence. As AI increasingly takes over repetitive and process-driven tasks, the discussion explored how professionals can continue developing their skills, adapt their roles, and focus on areas where they can create value that technology cannot easily replicate.

The panel discussion, chaired by Joël, broadened the conversation to leadership, human performance, the future of work, and AI-driven transformation.
