Professor Madina Kukenova holds a PhD in Economics and a MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Lausanne and a BA in Mathematics from the Kazakh State University.
Dr. Kukenova teaches classes in finance and economics in several business schools. She has held a CFA charter since 2002 and works as an independent coach for the CFA examination.
In addition to her teaching engagement, Dr. Kukenova does consultancy work in international organizations such as the World Bank and International Trade Centre and participates in independent research projects. Her research interests include international trade, international economics and finance, and development economics.
