Lilla Peczely is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience, having led global marketing and innovation strategies at Procter & Gamble. As Global Director of Marketing and Innovation for the $3 billion Dish Care category, she managed a cross-functional team of over 30 people, overseeing key initiatives from market research to brand development. Her leadership extended to defining business models, guiding product innovations, and setting long-term vision and strategy for a diverse and competitive market.
In the startup world, Lilla is the Co-Director of the Founder Institute’s Switzerland chapter, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator. She is passionate about mentoring early-stage founders on product-market fit, brand building, and business development, and is an active judge and coach for MassChallenge in Switzerland and the U.S. Her coaching approach, grounded in Lean Innovation principles, helps startups transform their ideas into successful ventures.
At Swiss Business School, Lilla shares her dual perspective from both corporate and startup worlds with her students, teaching Marketing and Service Marketing in the BSc and BA programs. Her hands-on experience in building global brands, combined with her involvement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, makes her teaching dynamic and highly practical, preparing the next generation of marketers to thrive in an evolving business landscape.
Lilla holds an MSc with Distinction in International Business Management and is fluent in English, Hungarian, and has a B2 level French.
