Daniel Gruszynski (DBA University of Newcastle, Australia; MBA Western Sydney University, Australia) moved from Germany to Hong Kong in 1996. In 2002, he ended an almost 25-year long career in senior international management positions with Siemens and started his own management consulting company in Hong Kong and Singapore.
At Siemens, Dr. Gruszynski, was in charge of strategy implementation and control, financial controlling, human resource management and other business administration management tasks. In his new consulting role in assignments for a broad range of different companies in Asia-Pacific, he is frequently invited by universities to travel to various countries and to lecture about strategic management, international human resource management, and research proposal design. He shares his rich experience from his many hands-on cases with students to illustrate the practical implications that derive from academic research. For more than a decade now, he has also supervised dissertations which relate to international HRM or strategic topics.
