Dr. Dalowar Hossan
Lecturer in Research Methods and Statistics
Dr. Dalowar Hossan is a researcher and academic specializing in leadership, organizational psychology, employee engagement, and research methodology. He earned his Ph.D. in Corporate Leadership from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on transformational leadership, meaningful work, and employee engagement within banking organizations. He also holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern University Bangladesh.
Professionally, Dr. Hossan serves as a Researcher at SBS Swiss Business School in Switzerland and works as Personal Research Assistant to Prof. Dr. Bert Wolfs, supporting academic research and doctoral program activities. Prior to his academic career, he gained entrepreneurial and industry experience as a Data Analyst and Consultant at Beta Consultancy, as well as founder and co-founder of several technology and e-commerce ventures.
Dr. Hossan has extensive expertise in quantitative research, data analysis, leadership studies, and employee engagement. He has published numerous articles in international academic journals and regularly conducts workshops and training sessions on research methods, structural equation modeling (SEM), SPSS, SmartPLS, and quantitative data analysis. His research interests include management, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and corporate governance.
