Additionally, he holds certifications in Socioemotional Education, Gender Studies and International Strategic Analysis.
With extensive experience in global program management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication, Angel has been instrumental in managing projects commissioned by international organizations, overseeing research initiatives, and establishing partnerships that drive educational advancement.
