Alessandro Raschellà is an expert in corporate finance and M&A. Before joining an Italian private equity investment fund, where he made several investments – mainly LBOs – in SMEs in the luxury sector, Mr. Raschellà started his career at an international investment firm with offices in Milan, London, and New York.
Mr. Raschellà has gained extensive experience in the advisory industry and served as Head of Corporate Investment Banking before starting to work independently and advising investment funds, high net worth individuals and companies, both private and listed, across Europe. In recent years, Mr. Raschellà has served as a board member in several industrial and investment companies.
Mr. Raschellà holds a bachelor’s degree as well as a Master’s degree with a focus on Corporate Finance from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan. In addition, he holds an Executive Master’s in General Management from ESCP Europe.
Mr. Raschellà has many years of teaching experience, and he is fluent in English, Italian and French and has some knowledge of Russian and Spanish.
