Dr Aladar Sebeni is a lawyer with 25 years' experience in international transactions and legal education. He has worked as a legal secretary at the European Court of Justice and as the academic director of the Institute for International Business Law at Fribourg University. He has conducted extensive research in the fields of EU law, regulatory compliance, corporate law, and securities law, and has headed several important legislative projects in these fields.
