He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Far Eastern University in Manila and chose to build a career in hospitality instead of pursuing a scholarship in Germany. With nearly 25 years of experience, he spent 20 years as Front Office Manager at Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport and almost 4 years at Courtyard by Mariott Zurich North.

His passion for hospitality and guest service is evident in his attention to detail, warm demeanor, and commitment for creating memorable first impressions. He continuously enhances his skills through training in customer service, leadership and management. His hands-on leadership style fosters team spirit and high service standards. Known for his calm and solution-oriented approach, he motivates his team with clarity and purposes even in high-pressure situations.
