SBS Swiss Business School is pleased to announce the 14th SBS International Research Conference (SBS-IRC26), taking place online on October 23, 2026.

Building on the success of previous editions, SBS-IRC26 will once again bring together academics, doctoral researchers, executives, professionals, and industry practitioners from around the world to exchange ideas, present research, and explore solutions to some of the most pressing challenges shaping the future of business and society.

This year's conference theme,

"Bridging Knowledge and Practice: AI, Sustainability and Human-Centered Business Research Beyond 2030,"

reflects the growing need for research that not only advances knowledge but also creates meaningful impact in organizations, communities, and global markets. As artificial intelligence, sustainability imperatives, geopolitical shifts, and workforce transformation continue to reshape the business landscape, the conference will provide a platform for critical discussion and interdisciplinary collaboration.

SBS Swiss Business School now invites submissions from academics, Ph.D. and DBA candidates, researchers, and business professionals who wish to contribute to this global dialogue.

Submissions are welcome in areas including:

  • Strategic Leadership and Organizational Resilience
  • Artificial Intelligence and Business Practices
  • Geopolitics, Global Trade, and Risk Management
  • Sustainability, Ethics, and ESG Integration
  • Industry 5.0 and the Future of Work

Accepted papers will be presented during the conference and considered for publication in the SBS Journal of Applied Business Research. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage with an international community of scholars and practitioners committed to advancing applied business knowledge and innovation.

At SBS Swiss Business School, research is more than an academic exercise. It is a catalyst for innovation, responsible leadership, and sustainable business transformation. SBS-IRC26 continues this tradition by creating a space where emerging ideas, cutting-edge research, and practical business insights come together.
