The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration at SBS Swiss Business School in Zurich follows European higher education standards with 183 ECTS credits, equivalent to EQF Level 6. This internationally recognized program gives students the knowledge, practical skills, and global mindset needed to succeed in today’s business world.
Our undergraduate curriculum combines flexibility and focus. Educational Qualifications
Applicants must hold a recognized secondary education qualification, such as the Swiss Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate (IB), High School Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
International qualifications are assessed individually to determine whether they meet the applicable Swiss admission requirements.
Professional Experience
Depending on your educational qualifications and admission pathway, a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience may be required before starting the program.
English Proficiency
Applicants must demonstrate sufficient English language proficiency. A separate English language test may be waived following an individual assessment of previous education and qualifications.
Admissions Interview and Minimum Age
Applicants must successfully complete an admissions interview and be at least 18 years old when the program begins.
Credit Transfer
Students transferring from recognized higher education institutions may be eligible for credit transfer. Previous studies are assessed individually based on academic results, course content, and learning outcomes.
To be considered for credit transfer, courses must meet SBS transfer credit requirements, including a minimum grade equivalent to “C” or higher.

Required documentation for Bachelor Programs:
- Copy of a secondary education diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Copy of transcripts (grade sheets) from the last two years of secondary education.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Highlight your academic background, internships and work experience, as well as your involvement in extracurricular activities. Please specify the dates and duration of each activity.
- English proficiency certificate (for non-native English speakers), unless previous education was conducted in English.
- TOEFL iBT: 90, IELTS: 6.5, Duolingo B2, or equivalent.
- Motivation letter or video (2–5 minutes).
- Work certificate confirming at least one year of full-time work experience (or equivalent).
- Recent front-facing, high-quality photograph in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
- Copy of passport or ID.
- Application fee of CHF 150.– (payable via PayPal to [email protected] or by bank transfer).
Application Deadline:
For applicants from non-EU/non-Schengen countries, the application deadline for each annual BSc intake is May 31st. The program begins in mid-September each year.
Late applications may be considered on an exceptional basis; however, admission is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage applicants to apply early to allow sufficient time for application processing and visa arrangements and to increase their chances of securing a place in the program.
Tuition fees at SBS Swiss Business School may be paid in full or through installments, according to the payment plan outlined below. Tuition fees include teaching materials, examinations, and extracurricular activities included in the program.
We offer a 5% tuition fee reduction when tuition is paid in full at the start of the program.

- Tuition fees may be paid in full or through installments according to the BSc payment schedule.
The CHF 3'000 administration fee is refundable in full if the student's visa application is refused by the relevant visa authorities. An official visa rejection letter is required.¨
