The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration at SBS Swiss Business School in Zurich follows European higher education standards with 183 ECTS credits, equivalent to EQF Level 6. This internationally recognized program gives students the knowledge, practical skills, and global mindset needed to succeed in today’s business world.

Admissions Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Swiss Baccalaureate / High School Diploma / International Baccalaureate or equivalent.
- Minimum 200 days of full-time work experience*.
- English Proficiency for non-native speakers.
- Successful completion of the admissions interview.
- Applicants can transfer credits from a recognized higher education institution if they have earned a grade “C” or higher in the course.
- Students must be at least 18 years old to start the academic year.
(*) Applicants who do not meet this requirement may strengthen their profile through the Professional Foundation Program (PFP), a preparatory pathway designed to bridge the gap between high school and the professional world and support a successful transition into higher education. Equivalency tables and details for secondary education qualifications and English proficiency are listed below. Applicants who do not fully meet the Bachelor’s admissions criteria will be reviewed by the SBS Admissions Team.
Required documentation for Bachelor Programs:
- Copy of secondary education diploma or equivalent.
- Copy of last two years transcript (grade sheet).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Highlight your academic background and your internships and jobs, your experiences, and roles in your extracurricular activities, specifying the dates and duration of each.
- English proficiency certificate (for non-native speakers), unless previous education was conducted in English.
- TOEFL IBT 90, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo or equivalent.
- Motivation letter or video (2–5 minutes).
- Front-facing photograph, high quality in jpg/png/gif format.
- Copy of passport or ID.
- Application fee of CHF 150.- (PayPal to account [email protected] or via bank transfer).
Application Deadline:
For candidates from non-EU / non-Schengen countries, the application deadline is June 30 of the current year. While late applications may be considered on an exceptional basis, please note that acceptance is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to submit your application early to secure your place.
Tuition fees at SBS Swiss Business School may be paid in full or through installments, following the payment plan outlined below. The tuition fees include books, tuition, exams, and extracurricular activities.
We offer a 5% tuition fee reduction on full payment at the start of the program.
