Mr. Ernst has worked in Banking and Finance, as well as in Global Wealth Management, Swiss Family Offices, and Australian and Swiss Multinational Corporations for over 20 years; including 6 years at the UBS, Wealth Management and Business Banking Division, the world’s largest wealth manager, with over CHF 2.3 trillion in invested assets.
As a Lead Project Manager at UBS in Zurich, Mr. Ernst was involved in a specialist audit role to resolve a significant amount of International Wealth Management segments cases (6’540) to lower risks in key global legal cross-border wealth management segments. He was also involved in the successful settlement of UBS’ US Clients under FATCA law. Prior to UBS, he worked at SAirGroup for 12 years as Group Finance Director for the Swissotel-Raffles-Fairmont Chain of Luxury Hotels and Resorts.
Mr. Ernst graduated with distinction with an MBA from the Swiss Business School and is an alumni of the Cambridge University, Institute of Sustainable Leadership. He also serves as Zurich City coordinator at Open Heart, Kreis 4, at the Salvation Army’s Homeless and Refugee Centre in Zurich’s inner city.
