Biography

Peter Kaul DBA, MBA, MSc., PMP, PMI-ACP, IPMO-E, Fellow of British Computer Society (FBCS CITP) is partner and global head of the PMO innovation center at KPS AG responsible for international IT and SAP initiatives with a proven track record of successful programs and projects across 20+ countries including US, Latin America, APAC and Europe. Having been involved in successful digital business transformations in different industries, he is experienced in working in complex and fast changing environments and enjoys cultural diversity. Peter is also a passionate trainer, academic researcher, supervisor, conference speaker and author in the field of organizational design, governance and project management offices. Together with a group of experts and researchers at AIPMO® he is currently working on a first universal maturity standard for PMOs which was also part of his doctoral research. Peter has published several academic papers on PMO success and PMO maturity and is reviewer for different international conferences including PMI, Academy of Management, EURAM and IRNOP.
