Dr. Olin O. Oedekoven has over 30 years of leadership and academic experience at all organizational levels. He has extensive work experience in both the public and private sectors with a comprehensive background in management, business administration, university education, and organizational leadership.
Dr. Oedekoven graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. He then attended the University of Wyoming where he received a Master’s in Wildlife Management. Dr. Oedekoven continued his formal education with North Central University where he received both an MBA and his Doctorate in Business Administration with specializations in Management and Public Administration. He also completed a post-doctoral program in human resource management.
Dr. Oedekoven has several years of higher learning experience with North Central University, Columbia Southern University, the University of Wyoming, and Gillette College. He has successfully chaired over 40 dissertation committees. Dr. Oedekoven has assisted with graduate-level field research in wildlife management as well as in business and public administration.
Dr. Oedekoven co-founded the Peregrine Leadership Institute in 2004 and Peregrine Academic Services in 2008. He became involved with dual-accreditation requirements in 2005 and has continued that work by providing online training and testing services related to academic leveling courses, the common professional component, and APA writing style.
He is a retired brigadier general with the Wyoming Army National Guard.
