Dr. Damir Matrljan serves as a lecturer and Head of Research at SBS Swiss Business School in Zurich, Switzerland. He holds a DBA, a Master of Applied Business Research from SBS Swiss Business School and a Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria. Additionally, he possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rijeka, Croatia.
With almost 20 years of international experience, Dr. Matrljan has managed intricate strategic projects and programs. He distinguished himself as one of the youngest professionals to achieve the IPMA Level A certification (Certified Projects Director) and the PMO Expert IPMO-E certification.
Currently, Dr. Matrljan actively consults on organizational behavior and management, digital and cultural transformations, leadership development, and project consulting. He collaborates with a diverse range of international companies spanning sectors such as pharma, retail, fintech, management consulting, software development, and product and platform development.
