Dr. Damir Matrljan is an adjunct faculty member at SBS Swiss Business School in Zurich, Switzerland. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Applied Business Research from SBS Swiss Business School, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rijeka, Croatia.
With over 20 years of international experience, Dr. Matrljan has managed complex strategic projects and programs. He distinguished himself early in his career by becoming one of the youngest professionals to achieve the IPMA Level A certification (Certified Projects Director; Certified Portfolio Director) and the PMO Expert IPMO-E certification.
Dr. Matrljan is currently active as a consultant, focusing on culture transformations, the development of high-performing teams and organizations, organizational behavior and leadership development, as well as project, program, portfolio, and PMO consulting. He collaborates with a diverse range of international companies across industries such as pharmaceuticals, energy, investments, retail, fintech, management consulting, software development, and product and platform development.
