Dr. Roman Borboa is the main principal of Borboa & Partners. Dr. Borboa earned a PhD in Counseling and Environmental Psychology from the University of Arizona. He served at the City University of Bellevue, WA as a faculty member and Dean of the Graduate School of Business and Management Professions, as well as at the Graduate School of Human Services and Applied Behavioral Sciences.
Today, Dr. Borboa is president of the board for the Swiss Society of Individual Psychology. His areas of special interest are change and development processes in small and large systems, and he has written various articles on those subjects.
He is a Swiss and Mexican citizen who completed his graduate education in the USA and moved to Zurich, Switzerland in order to work for General Motors Europe as a manager in Organizational Development and Training. He previously actively participated in the creation and deployment of various international components of the Organizational Development and Education strategies, such as the GM Europe Training System and the Quality Network Process. Dr. Borboa has been yet operative in the GM Europe Executive Programs, Executive Roles and Performance Consortium, The Inter-European Education and Training Initiatives, and many others.
Today, Dr. Borboa is an active consultant in organizational management, leadership development and project consulting with a number of international companies that have spanned industrial and service industries in Europe, North America, and Latin America.
