On a rainy Thursday the SBS Swiss Business School staff visited Laughing Lemon in Zürich in order to learn how to make Asian dumplings. This fun team building event showed the SBS staff how to prepare dumpling dough, fillings and shape the dumplings. The team tried very hard to master the art of different dumpling shapes, some being more successful than others. It was a great and fun night and the SBS team learnt a lot and also ate plenty of dumplings. Thank you Jack McNulty and Silvia Gautschi McNulty for the wonderful evening and hope to put our new knowledge to good use soon!
