Dr. Bert Wolfs, Academic Dean of SBS Swiss Business School, was invited by CEO magazine for their Spring 2022 issue, to discuss the current state of andragogical learning, especially after the numerous changes that stormed the world of higher education. The article, titled “Life Learning in the New Normal”, discusses the challenges faced by students and institutions, as well as the new technological reality that seemed impossible and unacceptable in the past. Dr. Wolfs goes on to describe the trends in higher education as well as the skill sets in demand in the professional market.
