Increase your leadership impact! This course encourages and guides you to further develop your communication and negotiation skills for business purposes (“Functional Business Communication”). Based on concise inputs, training exercises, role plays and case studies backed up by relevant specialist literature you will be able to recognize essential characteristics of a communication situation, choose your own appropriate strategy and accordingly apply effective communication techniques. You will also strengthen your cross-cultural awareness and critically consider ethical aspects in communication.
