Course Modules

  1. AI Fundamentals and HR Applications
    This module introduces the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its applications in HR management. Participants will explore how AI tools are used in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, gaining a foundational understanding of AI technologies and trends in the HR landscape.
  2. The Challenges of Automated Recruitment
    Participants will examine the limitations and ethical dilemmas of using AI for recruitment, with a focus on automated pre-selection systems. Case studies will highlight instances of bias, discrimination, and the risks of over-reliance on algorithms. Strategies to ensure fairness and inclusivity in recruitment processes will be discussed.
  3. Redefining Workforce Development with AI
    This module focuses on how AI is transforming workforce development, including personalized learning, career pathing, and succession planning. Participants will learn to identify opportunities for AI to enhance employee growth while addressing concerns about data privacy and autonomy.
  4. Balancing Technology and the Human Touch
    This session explores the importance of maintaining human-centered HR practices in an AI-driven environment. Topics include ethical considerations, fostering trust, and ensuring AI tools complement rather than replace human judgement in decision-making processes.
