Dr Michael Gerlich is a senior lecturer and researcher at SBS Swiss Business School. He is the author of the Handbook of Strategic Analysis and Corporate Foresight and published in several journals on the subject. His research focus is on Strategic Management, Leadership & Change as well as Consumer Behavior. During 25 years, he has worked as an adviser to the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, the Cabinet of Ministers in Uzbekistan and various Ministers for economic affairs in Azerbaijan, in addition to holding leading positions within the Industry. As a CEO, Dr Gerlich led in the FMCG food sector for the past 10 years international production and distribution organizations.
