This capstone course has two components: an audit of an international business; and an exploration of business simulations. This portion focuses on the use of training devices for staff and leader development using:
- Case studies
- Role playing
- Excel-based simulations
- Board games
- Computer games
Learning Outcomes:
- Learn the training methods available for staff and leadership development
- Practice simulations, case studies, role playing and business games, both board games and computer-based
- Complete a post-course assignment, providing the opportunity to learn how various training techniques are used in a business of their choice
