This capstone course has two components: an audit of an international business; and an exploration of business simulations.  This portion focuses on the use of training devices for staff and leader development using:

  • Case studies
  • Role playing
  • Excel-based simulations
  • Board games
  • Computer games 

Learning Outcomes: 

  • Learn the training methods available for staff and leadership development
  • Practice simulations, case studies, role playing and business games, both board games and computer-based 
  • Complete a post-course assignment, providing the opportunity to learn how various training techniques are used in a business of their choice
