Family Business Management

The aim of this course is to:

• Develop a thorough understanding of typical family business issues
• Discuss and share insights into family business problems
• Build a set of notions to implement plans to professionalize

The course addresses aspects of managing an established family business, on a day-to-day basis and planning for succession to the next generation. Values, life cycles, marketing strategies, succession, communications, legal and financial aspects, estate planning.
